- The presentation of the products in the online shop and in the Mineemoo app does not yet constitute a legally binding offer.
- You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and remove them at any time by clicking on "Delete". By clicking on "Checkout" you will be taken to a page where you can log in, register or order as a guest. In the next step you can enter or change your personal data and address data and select the delivery address. If you enter a password, a customer account will be created and you can check the status of your order online at any time. By clicking on "Next" you can choose your payment method.
- You can correct all entries before submitting your binding order by using the "Edit" or "Delete" buttons on the last page. You can also cancel the order at any time by closing the browser window.
- By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order has been sent.
- When the contract with us comes about depends on the payment method you have chosen:
- SEPA direct debit
With the SEPA direct debit procedure, the invoice amount is automatically collected by our payment service provider PAYPALPLUS. To open the direct debit mandate, please enter your IBAN and BIC. By entering your data, you confirm your consent to the collection of the invoice amount for your current order. The data will not be saved for future orders. The invoice amount will be debited from your account immediately after completing your order. We use certified SSL encryption for the secure transmission of your data. Your bank details are safe. Some payment methods are not available for every order. If SEPA direct debit is not offered to you, please select another payment method.Alternatively, you are welcome to contact our payment service provider PAYPALPLUS. For data protection reasons, MINEEMOO does not have direct access to the payment service provider's verification processes.
- PayPal
You will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. The incoming payment is usually booked within a few minutes and the order is processed immediately. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. We use certified SSL encryption for the secure transmission of your data. Your PayPal details are safe.
- Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. The credit card will be charged upon completion of the order process. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL process. Your credit card details are therefore safe. You will be automatically redirected to your bank's website as part of the payment process. To complete the order, please follow the steps given there. Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code enable the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption methods.
- The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
- We save the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can also view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders at any time in your customer account if you have created a customer account.
4. Right of withdrawal, exclusion of customers
- If a customer to whom the offer is expressly not directed (cf. § 1 a) and we find out about this after acceptance of the order, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract immediately after becoming aware of the circumstances (e.g. commercial purposes, resellers) To step back from you. - Mineemoo always delivers goods offered as available within 3-5 working days from the order date. Working days are all days of the week with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at our headquarters in Berlin.
- Shipping to your home or to a different delivery address is carried out by DHL. Regardless of the value of the goods, we charge you a shipping fee of EUR 4.95.
- We reserve the right to send the ordered goods in several partial shipments, provided that this is reasonable for you and necessary for rapid processing for technical or logistical reasons. Of course, there are no additional shipping costs for you.
6. Payment terms
- For delivery to your home or to an address of your choice, the following payment methods are generally available in the online shop:
- SEPA direct debit procedure
By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the SEPA direct debit mandate, we ask our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. - Action voucher
As part of promotions to get customers Mineemoo by e-mail or other means of advertising promotional codes. These can only be redeemed in the online shop "Redeem discount code". The campaign voucher will only be offset against the value of the goods and not against any shipping costs.
- Gift vouchers
The customer can also pay with Mineemoo gift vouchers (credit card format or e-mail voucher) in the online shop by redeeming them in the "Redeem voucher / discount code" field. Vouchers will also be offset against any shipping costs incurred.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mineemoo GBR Gatower Str 299A / 14089 Berlin service@mineemoo.com by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to enter into this contract You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence thatthat you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
8. Two-week return policy
- The statutory right of withdrawal (§ 7) and the statutory right to liability for defects (§ 11) grant a two-week right of return. The provisions of the statutory right of withdrawal also apply to this, unless otherwise specified below for the period after the statutory right of withdrawal has expired.
- The goods must not show any signs of use or be damaged. In addition to the goods, any service and guarantee documents, the original invoice and the undamaged original packaging must be presented.
- The return can generally be made by sending back. All goods must be returned; these goods are marked as such in the online shop and in the shipping documents.
- For a return, the Mineemoo return label must be used or the return must be sufficiently franked. Costs that arise from freight collect returns will be deducted from the purchase price refund. The return slip on which the reason for the return is entered must be enclosed with the package.
- The purchase price paid will be reimbursed, but not other additional costs such as cash on delivery charges.
- In the event of a return, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
10. Warranty, guarantees, customer service
- The statutory right to liability for defects applies.
- If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
- Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
- Insofar as we exchange goods within the framework of the warranty or guarantee, it is already agreed at this point that ownership of the goods to be exchanged is mutually transferred from the customer to us or vice versa at the time when we receive or return the goods from the customer the customer receives the exchange delivery from us.
